Refunds & returns

When you place an order with us, you can change your mind or make a complaint within 14 days of receipt. After informing us of your complaint, you have 14 days to return your product. If you return a product we will refund your entire purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used making the initial order. Any return postage is payable by you, the customer. You are liable for any risks associated with return postage, for example if the product is damaged or goes missing.

All our products come with a one-year guarantee and a three-year returns and complaints policy. The guarantee covers faults found in the product on delivery. Defective or damaged goods can be returned and exchanged free of charge. Hanging or mounting costs will not be refunded when a product is returned, so please be sure to check the condition of your product before hanging or mounting.

If you have separated the panels to make it easier to inspect your wall mural, this is not deemed to reduce the value and your wall mural may still be returned.
