Delivery times and shipping prices
Your order will be shipped in 1–4 days.
A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you when your package has been shipped. This delivery confirmation also provides information on how to track your order.
In the event of a production delay, you can cancel your purchase free of charge.
Delivery times within the EU:
FedEx Economy 5 – 7 working days.
Delivery cost: free. No extra fees or taxes are added to orders from within the EU.
FedEx Express 1 – 2 working days.
Delivery cost: €7. No extra fees or taxes are added to orders from within the EU.
Delivery times in the rest of the world:
FedEx Economy 7 – 10 working days.
Delivery cost: €19–49. Customs fees and tax duties may apply on orders from outside the EU. Please contact your local customs service for more information.
FedEx Express 2 – 6 working days.
Delivery cost: €26 – 56. Customs fees and tax duties may apply on orders from outside the EU. Please contact your local customs service for more information.
We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company.
Express delivery does not affect production time.
During campaigns, production times may be longer than 1–4 working days. In that case, you will receive an email regarding the extended production time and then a new email when your order is being shipped.
30-day right to withdraw
In addition to the statutory right to withdraw of 14 days, we always offer our customers an additional 16 days to return unmounted products. The right to withdraw applies for 30 days from the time you or a third party, designated by you, have received the product.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, contact us and we'll help you.
If we receive your purchase cancellation notice within 30 days after receiving the package, the cancellation will be sufficient. Please note that the item does not need to be returned to us within 30 days, only the notice that you wish to cancel your purchase.
If you ordered a wallpaper, feel free to cut the strips appart to make it easier to inspect the product. You may still return the product even if you have cut the strips appart.
When you contact us to tell us that you wish to return a product, we will arrange for the return shipping and we are also covering the shipping costs. There may be some applicable return costs, which we will inform you about when you contact us.
You can also choose to arrange the return shipping yourself. In case you do, we take no responsibility for the delivery and we will not refund anything until we have received the product. Furthermore, we do not reimburse any shipping cost if you arrange the shipping yourself.
All returned products will be recycled.
As soon as we have received the product in return, we will refund the full amount within 14 days. The money will be refunded via the same payment method that you used when placing the order and there are no transaction fees.
Please ensure that the product meets your expectations before you assemble it, we do not reimburse any costs for mounting or assembly.
No membership or password is required to complete your order, but you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your parent or guardian.
Your order confirmation and delivery confirmation will be emailed to you. The delivery confirmation includes a link to track your package.
All prices shown in the webshop include VAT of 25 percent.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Eurocard. No credit card processing fees are charged.

In addition to the information collected from you we may collect information from third parties, for example Facebook.

We perform automatic profiling based on web activity and your profile can be used in marketing purposes. In accordance with GDPR, profiling means processing personal data to be able to assess certain personal characteristics, for example to analyse or try to anticipate your personal preferences, interests and behaviors. By being able to anticipate your personal characteristics we can continuously improve our offers with regards to your needs. Profiling is used, amongst others, for market and customer surveys and marketing.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
We process your personal data to be able to (I) fulfill our agreements with you, (II) you have consented to us processing your personal data, (III) to perform a legal obligation upon us, and/or (IV) fulfill our legitimate interest as operating supplier of services.
How do we protect your personal data?
We use IT systems to protect confidentiality, integrity and access of personal data. We have taken appropriate safety measures to protect your personal data from unlawful or unauthorised processing (such as unlawful access, loss, destruction or harm). Personal data may only be processed by persons holding a position that requires them to process personal data to perform their work.
With whom do we share your personal data?
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed by third-party providers which perform services for Nordic E Trade AB (data processors), for example to manage customer service issues and orders. Such data processors shall process your data in accordance with our instructions. We primarily hire data processors located within the EU/EEA. However, we may use data processors located in countries outside the EU/EEA. We will implement appropriate measures under the GDPR to ensure that your personal data remains protected and secure if data are processed outside of the EU/EEA. To ensure that appropriate safeguard measures in accordance with the provisions of GDPR are implemented by a processor outside of the EU/EEA such processing will always be based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
For how long do we process your personal data?
Your personal data will not be processed any longer than necessary for the stated purpose of the processing unless we have a legal obligation to retain the personal data for a longer period of time. The retention period varies depending on the purpose of which the personal data are processed. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data or if you unsubscribe to our newsletter, or similar, the personal data will immediately be erased.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to withdraw or change your consent at any time. You have the right to demand information from us regarding our use of your personal data free of charge. On your request or by own initiative we will correct or delete personal data that are inaccurate or limit the processing of such data. Further, you have the right to prohibit the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. Under certain circumstances and to certain extent, you also have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format.
We offer safe payments in collaboration with Klarna Bank AB. When you make your payment, you are forwarded to a safe page with an SSL certificate from Klarna Bank AB. There you can enter your data and make a safe payment. We do not manage or save your credit card details.
Information about cookies
We obtain information about your use of our website trough cookies which enables us to enhance your website experience, for example it remembers which item you have added to your shopping chart. It is not necessary to accept cookies to be able to visit our shop. However, you must accept cookies if you want to add an item to your shopping chart or make an order. Cookies are managed by the settings on your computer and may be turned off at any time.
