A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has shipped. This email will include tracking information so you can follow your order.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics provider. Customs fees and tax duties may apply, please contact your local customs service for more information.

Express delivery does not shorten production time.

During campaigns, production times may exceed 1-3 business days. If so, you will first receive an email with updated production details, followed by a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched.
