Waking up means the end of sleep or simply being roused from sleep. Many of us find it difficult to wake up in the morning especially if the number of hours we spent sleeping is not enough, therefore waking up is like a punishment for us. There are many tips on how to wake up without having the heavy feeling. For instance, adjusting your sleeping hours. If you need to wake up let’s say at 6:00AM, then you just have to sleep at around 10:00PM in order for you to have at least 8 hours of sleep. You also have the option to set the alarm clock 15 minutes earlier than the normal waking time. Likewise, think of something that will make you wake up with excitement. For example, thinking that it would be another day to see your friends or even your crush in school or at work. With these you would not have to feel grumpy the whole day or you will be able to refrain, if not, limit coffee intake during the day. In addition to these, your positive mood will be contagious to the people around you.

Wake up with a smile with your interior

You may find it difficult to wake up every morning, but there are different interior design ideas that would help you wake up in the morning with ease. For example, seeing bright colors in your room once you open your eyes can instantly boost your energy as well as your mood and make you feel that you need to get going so that you may be able to go to work or school. Here are some tips on how to decorate your room so that you will be able to wake easily every morning:

1. Add yellow items – place yellow pillow or even art work to the first area that you will see when you wake up. Since the color yellow signifies love, light, warmth, and energy, placing these items in this hue will make it easier to get out of bed. If your room do not have enough access to sunlight, painting the wall with warm yellow color will help create the idea of having sunshine in your room.

2. Use green robe – green increases your concentration ability and at the same time reducing stress and the tension of the muscle. Soft colored green will make your mornings calm and relaxed.

3. Orange in the morning – how about drinking orange juice in the morning instead of the usual coffee. The color orange is stimulating, exciting and mood booster.

With these colors in mind in order for you to have a great morning, you should be able to have the right arrangement of the room so that it would greatly contribute to the positive mood you have whenever you wake up:

1. Adding life to the bedroom – indoor plants can create a more calming environment, not top mention the health benefits plants can give you.

2. Decorating your room with positive outlook – if you want a motivation whenever you wake up, you can place inspirational messages around your room. Make your room your personal cheerleader so that you will have the motivation you need to wake up every morning.

3. Be organized – clear up your clutter before sleeping so that when you wake up, your room will be free from mess.

4. The right kind of light - “light tells the brain it is time to wake up”. The presence of natural light is better since it will stop the body from releasing the sleep hormone called melatonin.
